This role is ideal for a highly experienced coach and mentor who is passionate about developing athletes, supporting staff, and cultivating a strong soccer culture. The DOC will lead our long-term player development model, direct coaching methodology, and serve as a key voice in shaping the growth of Truckee River United FC.
