COMMITTEES

In addition to our Board of Directors, TRUFC has volunteer Committees to support the club operations. If you are interested in getting involved, please email our Director of Operations.

  • Finance & Budget Committee
    Oversees fiscal planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.

  • Scholarship & Access Committee
    Administers the financial aid and scholarship process. Ensures equitable access to programming.

  • Governance Committee
    Handles Board nominations, orientation, compliance, and evaluation. Oversees adherence to Bylaws and governance policies.

  • Development & Outreach Committee
    Supports fundraising, donor engagement, sponsorships, and community relationships. May also coordinate public relations and event support.

  • Programs & Coaching Committee
    Provides guidance on player development, coaching curriculum, and seasonal programming. Includes oversight of the Director of Coaching (DOC) and long-term player development plans.

  • Referee & Game Day Operations Committee
    Recruits, trains, and supports referees. Oversees game-day logistics and referee scheduling in coordination with league requirements.

  • Technology & Systems Committee

    Oversees club technology platforms (registration, communications, website, digital voting systems) and ensures efficient, secure systems are in place.
