Finance & Budget Committee
Oversees fiscal planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.Scholarship & Access Committee
Administers the financial aid and scholarship process. Ensures equitable access to programming.Governance Committee
Handles Board nominations, orientation, compliance, and evaluation. Oversees adherence to Bylaws and governance policies.Development & Outreach Committee
Supports fundraising, donor engagement, sponsorships, and community relationships. May also coordinate public relations and event support.Programs & Coaching Committee
Provides guidance on player development, coaching curriculum, and seasonal programming. Includes oversight of the Director of Coaching (DOC) and long-term player development plans.Referee & Game Day Operations Committee
Recruits, trains, and supports referees. Oversees game-day logistics and referee scheduling in coordination with league requirements.Technology & Systems Committee
Oversees club technology platforms (registration, communications, website, digital voting systems) and ensures efficient, secure systems are in place.
